Om Dayal Home Tuition - Service Charges

Respected tutor, kindly read our payment terms below and reply with Yes if you have understood it well. With your reply, we shall confirm the tuition for you. 1. We will receive the 1st-month advance tuition fee of the tutor and keep the same fee as our service charge. From the second month onwards tutor will get 100% monthly fee directly from the parent, on the advance basis only. 2. Refund Policy: If a tuition assignment gets canceled in the first 2 months, then our service charge would be only 50% of the total fee for all the classes conducted. *After keeping the service charge the rest amount be refunded to the tutor. Om Dayal Home tuition, at its own discretion/wish, may give some additional discount on service charges if tuition is not terminated due to the tutor's own personal reason, fault, bad teaching quality, or professional laggings. 4. Why Om Dayal Home Tuition take service charge and what do you get in return? The major part of the service charge collected goes into operation & advertising, software team, customer care, payments processing, administrative/personnel costs, and miscellaneous other costs that keep popping up. it's just like an investment for you because after all the expenses we bring more services to you, and arranging more tuition leads to generating more income which will empower your teaching career. If we find that, any tutor making fraud, misleading, or bypassing our system by internally fixing or setting any tuition assignment without informing Om Dayal Home Tuition then we reserve the right to charge a fine equal to (INR 10000 or all our direct/indirect losses, whichever is higher) from the tutor. So just to avoid the service charge for one tuition, the tutor will lose the huge number of tuition that they can get throughout their teaching career.
